Chỉ tình thế đã muộn, thời cơ tốt hầu như không còn hoặc công việc đã qua lúc thuận lợi nhất. Thường dùng để than thở, nhắc nhở hoặc đánh giá rằng khó xoay chuyển kết quả như mong muốn.
